Receive comments from the public and consider First Reading of a request to rezone an approximate 0.30-acre parcel of property located at 702 North Main Street (Tax Map No. 229-13-01-036) from Residential-6 (R-6) to General Commercial (GC).
Consider appointments due to expire June 30, 2018 and other vacancies.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2609 rezoning an approximate 0.99-acre parcel located at 835 South Harvin Street (Tax Map 250-09-07-024) from Residential-6 to General Commercial.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2610 amending relevant portions of Article 5, Section B (Specific Conditions and Standards for Conditional Uses and Special Exceptions); Article 5, Section C (Temporary Uses); and Article 10 (Definitions) of the City of Sumter Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to make Food Trucks a temporary use subject to annual review, expand the districts in which mobile vendors may operate, and expand the types of vehicles permitted to be used as mobile vending units.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2611 annexing approximately 7.12 acres located on Old Field Road (Tax Map No. 187-00-02-018).
Consider Resolution No. 742 authorizing a contract for the Manning Avenue/North Main Street Sewer Lining Project (2018).
Consider First Reading of an ordinance authorizing two lease agreements with the South Carolina Educational Television Foundation with respect to real property and infrastructure located at 18 North Harvin Street.
Receive comments from Council members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.
Receive comments or reports from City Manager.
To review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.

To discuss contractual matter(s) and appointments to Boards and Commissions, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, and pursuant to Section 30-4-70(a)(2), to discuss a possible lease agreement relating to utility infrastructure and associated land.
