Consider appointments expired June 30, 2018 and other vacancies.
A Resolution authorizing the Municipal Association of South Carolina to act as Claimant Agent for the City of Sumter for the collection of debt in accordance with the Setoff Debt Collection Act.
An Ordinance relating to the recovery of collection costs as part of delinquent debts collected pursuant to the Setoff Debt Collection Act.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2618 to be known as the Burn Ordinance of the City of Sumter, South Carolina.
Consider Resolution No. 749 committing the City of Sumter to providing a local match for the Municipal Association of South Carolina Hometown Economic Development Grant and following its procurement policy when securing services and products with grant funds.
