Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2624 rezoning an approximate 21.76-acre portion of a parcel of land located at 2135 W. Oakland Avenue (Tax Map No. 206-00-02-011, part of) from Residential-15 (R-15) to Residential-6 (R-6).
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2625 adopting the CDBG Entitlement Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance to annex (by 100% annexation petition) an approximate 0.8-acre tract of land located at 1260 Alice Drive (Tax Map No. 203-11-02-001).
Consider adoption of Resolution No. 758 authorizing the City of Sumter to participate in a refinancing of a Section 108 Loan from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
