AMENDMENT TO ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS ORDINANCE

Consider Motion under Section 1.u.2 of the Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to initiate amendments to the Zoning Ordinance as follows:  (1) to Amend Article 3, Section J to regulate certain healthcare uses (including but not limited to psychiatric hospitals and nursing homes) in the Central Business District; and (2) to Amend Article 3, Sections C and D to regulate educational uses (including but not limited to secondary schools) in Residential-6 (R-6) and General Residential (GR) Zoning Districts
