Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2630 entitled: “An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance and Sale of a City of Sumter, South Carolina Hospitality Fee Revenue Bond, Series 2019, in the Principal Amount of Not Exceeding $2,000,000: Amending the General Bond Ordinance Relating Thereto, and Other Matters Relating Thereto”.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2631 entitled: “An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution, Delivery, and Performance of a Lease-Purchase Agreement and Other Documents Relating to the Lease-Purchase Financing of Certain Vehicles and Equipment in an Aggregate Principal Amount of Not Exceeding $1,896,000, and Other Matters Relating Thereto”.
Consider Resolution No. 764 authorizing a contract for a Generator Storage Building at Water Plant No. 6 located at 675 Justin Lane, off Highway 521 South.
