Receive comments from the public and consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend Article 3 of the City of Sumter Zoning and  Development Standards Ordinance to include the applicant’s definition of “Family” and to remove Nursing and Personal Care, Adult Care/Adult Day Care, Individual and Family Care, Residential Care Facilities, Rooming and Boarding Houses, and Organizational Hotels and Lodging Facilities from the list of Conditional Uses in the Residential-6 (R-6) and Residential-9 (R-9) Districts.
