Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 3 of Williamsburg Subdivision, including the following streets: Old York Road, containing a 50-foot right-of-way; British Lane, containing a 50-foot right-of-way; Phantom Court, containing a 50-foot right-of-way; and Gallery Drive, containing a 50-foot right-of-way; as well as that certain parcel of land, together with improvements thereon, identified as Lot 210 along Gallery Drive, consisting of a Pump Station” containing approximately 0.04 acres.
