Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2662 annexing by 100 percent petition one parcel of land totaling approximately 1.51 acres and located at 1032 Boulevard Road (Tax Map No. 251-03-02-067).
Consider First Reading of an ordinance to authorize the transfer of three parcels of City-owned property located on Missouri Street and at 620 and 622 Boulevard Road (Tax Map Nos. 250-07-03-003, 250-06-08-004, 250-06-08-005) to the Sumter School District.
Consider Resolution No. 792 adopting a Reasonable Accommodations Policy for Certain Code Enforcement Policies, Practices and Procedures.
Consider proposed amendment to the Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to provide for an additional offense and penalty for failure to remove a prohibited sign after request by the City
