Consider Ordinance No. 2676, an Emergency Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2669 and No. 2673 to extend the expiration date and supplement certain text.
to annex by 100 percent petition one (1) parcel of land approximately 4.13 acres located on Green Swamp Road (Tax Map No. 227-06-02-005).
to annex by 100 percent petition four (4) parcels of land totaling approximately 2.81 acres in size and located on Wise Drive (Tax Map Nos. 185-13-02-002, 185-13-02-003, 185-13-02-004 and 185-13-02-005).
Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 5 of Pocalla Springs Subdivision (35 lots numbered 27E through 41E and 55E through 74E located along Niblick Drive and Smalls Drive).
