Receive comments from the public regarding the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. The CAPER is a report on how the City utilized its Entitlement Funds in the amount of $306,499.00 for the period April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
Receive comments from the public on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
annexing by 100 percent petition one (1) parcel of land approximately 4.13 acres located on Green Swamp Road (Tax Map No. 227-06-02-005).
annexing by 100 percent petition four (4) parcels of land totaling approximately 2.81 acres in size and located on Wise Drive (Tax Map Nos. 185-13-02-002, 185-13-02-003, 185-13-02-004 and 185-13-02-005).
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2679 entitled: “An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution, Delivery, and Performance of a Lease-Purchase Agreement and Other Documents Relating to the Lease Purchase Financing of Certain Vehicles and Equipment in an Aggregate Principal Amount of Not Exceeding $1,216,000, and Other Matters Relating Thereto”.
Consider Resolution No. 796 authorizing a contract for the Green Swamp/Broad Street Sewer Line Extension Project.
Consider Resolution No. 797 authorizing SCDOT improvements at the intersection of McCrays Mill Road and Pinewood Road.
