Receive comments from the public and consider First Reading of an ordinance to rezone an approximate 0.30-acre portion of an approximate l.91-acre parcel located at 1170 Broad Street (Tax Map No. 203-12-01-004) from Residential-15 (R-15) to General Commercial (GC).

ANNEXATION – FINAL (ANN-20-09, 3040 BROAD STREET)

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No.  2711 annexing by 100 percent petition a portion of two parcels of land totaling approximately 4.68 acres.   The parcels are located at 3040 Broad Street and are represented by Tax Map Nos. 186-04-02-016 (part of) and 186-04-02-006 (part of).

Consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Article 5, Division 2 of the City Code concerning City purchasing procedures.
