RZ-20-13, 1170 BROAD STREET

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No.  2715 rezoning an approximate 0.30-acre portion of an approximate l.91-acre parcel located at 1170 Broad Street (Tax Map No. 203-12-01-004) from Residential-15 (R-15) to General Commercial (GC).

SEWER USE ORDINANCE

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2716 amending Chapter 98 (Utilities), Article III (Sewage and Sewage Disposal) of the City of Sumter Code of Ordinances.

PROCUREMENT ORDINANCE

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2717 amending Chapter 2, Article 5, Division 2 of the City Code concerning City purchasing procedures.

EMERGENCY ORDINANCE

Consider Ordinance No. 2718 amending and extending the expiration date of Ordinance No. 2710 concerning face coverings in retail and foodservice establishments. 

NEW BUSINESS

ELECTION OF MAYOR PRO TEM

Elect Mayor Pro Tempore in accordance with Section 2-32(a) of City Code.

COUNCIL REPORTS

Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.

CITY MANAGER’S UPDATE

Receive comments or reports from City Manager.

4.
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE

To review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

To discuss contractual matters, personnel matters, appointments to Boards and Commissions, or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
