To receive legal advice relating to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, to discuss negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements concerning City services, and to discuss matters relating to the proposed provision of City services encouraging location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by the City, all in accordance with S.C. Code section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
The public is hereby notified that if City Council holds an Executive Session, the Council may take official action on the above-listed matters following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
