To discuss contractual matters related to the purchase of property and the lease of property, appointments to Boards and Commissions, or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws. 

The public is hereby notified that if City Council holds an Executive Session, the Council may take official action on the above-listed matters following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
