Continue to discuss and consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2741 adopting the City of Sumter’s Budget for Fiscal Year 2022.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend the CDBG Entitlement Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance to annex by 100 percent annexation petition an approximate 25.8-acre portion of a larger 43.09-acre tract of land located on Pack Road and identified by Sumter County Tax Map No. 225-00-03-013 (portion).
Receive presentation regarding Swan Lake-Iris Garden’s selection as a worldwide Level 2 Arboretum Site.
To discuss contractual matters, personnel matters including City Manager’s employment agreement, appointments to Boards and Commissions, and/or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
