Receive comments from the public and consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend Article 3, Sections B, C and D of the City Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to allow Country Clubs classified under SIC Code 7997 as a Conditional Use in the Residential-15 (R-15), Residential-9 (R-9), Residential-6 (R-6), and General Residential (GR) zoning districts, and to amend Article 10 to include a definition for Country Club.

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2744 amending PD-00-08 (Revision 24) by revising the building elevation design for Dollar General Store. The property is located at 3510 Patriot Parkway and is represented by Tax Map Nos. 185-00-01-138 and 185-00-01-144.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2745 annexing by 100 percent petition one parcel of land totaling approximately 2.2 acres located at 1330 Walcora Drive (Tax Map No. 186-00-04-007).
Consider Resolution No. 824 authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only) at several annual events.
Consider Resolution No. 825 committing the City of Sumter to providing a program fee for the Municipal Association of South Carolina’s Retail Recruitment Training Program in partnership with the Retail Coach if the City is accepted into the Program and supporting the City’s application thereto.
Consider Resolution No. 826 authorizing a contract for the Nova Molecular Technologies Water and Sewer Extensions Project.
Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 6 of Pocalla Springs Subdivision (27 lots numbered Lots 1F-11F, 21F-30F, and 40F-45F along Niblick Drive and Carnoustie Drive).
