Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2749 rezoning an approximate 1.1-acre portion of a 3.65-acre parcel of land located at 1250 Landscape Lane (Tax Map No. 203-13-01-001) from Residential-15 (R-15) to General Commercial (GC).
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2750 rezoning approximately 31.34 acres of land located at 685 Deschamps Road (Tax Map No. 184-00-01-001) from Agricultural Conservation (AC) to Residential-6 (R-6).
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2751 rezoning an approximate 9.11-acre tract of land located at 1250 Alice Drive (Tax Map No. 203-00-05-004) from Planned Development (PD) to General Commercial (GC).
Consider Resolution No. 836 authorizing a contract for the Alice Drive Elevated Tank
Refurbishing Project.
Consider Resolution No. 837 establishing allocation categories for funding received through
