Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2763 adopting the CDBG Entitlement Budget for
the Year 2022-2023.
Consider Resolution No. 857 designating the Westend Community Association as an official
Neighborhood Association in the City of Sumter.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance entitled: “An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution, Delivery, and Performance of a Lease-Purchase Agreement and Other Documents Relating to the Lease-Purchase Financing of Certain Vehicles and Equipment in an Aggregate Principal Amount of Not Exceeding $957,000, and Other Matters Relating Thereto”.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance to authorize the lease of a portion of City-owned property located at 12 West Liberty Street to Safe Federal Credit Union.
Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the
City of Sumter.
