Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2771 adopting a Redistricting Plan for the City of Sumter based on the 2020 Census.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2772 amending Article 8, Section H of the City Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to allow transit-related signage and marketing panels on private property and on public property or within public rights-of-way.
Consider First Reading of an Ordinance to annex by 100 percent annexation petition a parcel of land totaling approximately 22.25 acres located at 2210 Camden Highway (Tax Map No. 202-00-01-003).
Consider Resolution No. 860 authorizing the purchase of new emergency rescue tools for Sumter Fire Department.
Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.
Receive comments or reports from City Manager.
To review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.
To discuss contractual matters, personnel matters, appointments to Boards and Commissions, and/or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
