Receive comments from the public and consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend Article 3, Section 3.b.5.; Article 3, Exhibit 3-1; Article 3, Exhibit 3-2; Article 3, Exhibit 3-3;
and Article 3, Exhibit 3-6 of the City Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to increase front setback requirements for various development types to 35 feet.

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2783 annexing by 100 percent petition one parcel of land approximately 2.62 acres in size located at 3880 Patriot Parkway (Tax Map No. 184-00-01-018).

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2785 amending the provisions of City Code Section 54-1 regarding drinking in public streets and other public areas.

MAINTENANCE GUARANTEES

(a)
Beach Forest Subdivision

Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 5 of Beach Forest Subdivision, consisting of 56 lots (Lots 201 through 256) located along Hatteras Way and Currituck Drive.

(b)
Timberline Meadows Subdivision

Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 3A of Timberline Meadows Subdivision, consisting of 12 lots (Lots 111 through 122) located along Lady Court.

(c)
Heritage Bay Subdivision

Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 9 of Heritage Bay Subdivision, consisting of 28 lots (Lots 1-16, 58-63, 90-93 and 195-196) located along Rallidae Court, Curlew Circle, and Kittiwake Lane.

COMMENTS BY CITY CITIZENS

Citizens of the City desiring to speak must notify the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting by completing the sign-up sheet at the meeting room entrance. Comments are limited to no more than three (3) minutes.

LEGISLATIVE UPDATE

 To review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

To discuss contractual matters related to the purchase and sale of multiple properties, contractual matters related to the use of the South Sumter Gym, appointments to Boards and Commissions, and/or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.


The public is hereby notified that if City Council holds an Executive Session, the Council may take official action on the above-listed matters following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
