Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2786 amending Article 3, Section 3.b.5.; Article 3, Exhibit 3-1; Article 3, Exhibit 3-2; Article 3, Exhibit 3-3; and Article 3, Exhibit 3-6 of the City Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to increase front setback requirements for various development types to 35 feet.
Consider Resolution No. 861 declaring the intent of the City of Sumter to reimburse itself for certain expenditures with the proceeds of tax-exempt obligations to be incurred by the City.
Consider Resolution No. 862 authorizing a contract for Professional Services for the Opera House Renovation Project.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance to authorize the transfer three parcels of land totaling approximately 1.30 acres and located at the corner of E. Liberty Street and South Harvin Street (Tax Map Nos. 249-16-01-001, 249-16-01-002, and 249-16-01-011), in accordance with a Memorandum of Agreement.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance to authorize the sale of an approximate 0.46-acre parcel of land located at 410 Boulevard Road (Tax Map No. 250-02-02-005).
Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.
Receive comments or reports from City Manager.
To review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.
