Receive comments from the public and consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend relevant portions of the City of Sumter Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to adopt the Black River Watershed Maps and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) revisions that become effective October 27, 2022, and to update the Ordinance to make corrections and clarifications required
for compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and Community Rating System (CRS) Program.
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2789 authorizing the transfer of an approximate 0.14-acre parcel of City-owned land located at the corner of Queen Street and East Street (Tax Map No. 227-11-01-036).
Consider Resolution No. 871 authorizing a contract for Professional Services for CDBG-Mitigation Infrastructure Projects.
