RZ-22-08, 1991 STAMEY LIVESTOCK ROAD

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2790 rezoning an approximate 374.91-acre tract of land located at 1991 Stamey Livestock Road (Tax Map No. 187-00-02-009) from Residential-9 (R-9) to Residential-6 (R-6).

OA-22-10, CITY FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2791 amending relevant portions of the City of Sumter Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to adopt the Black River Watershed Maps and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) revisions that become effective October 27, 2022, and to update the Ordinance to make corrections and clarifications required for compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and Community Rating System (CRS) Program.

Consider Resolution No. 873 authorizing a contract for the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Clearing Project for Summer 2022.

Consider Resolution No. 874 authorizing the purchase of One Rear Load Garbage Truck.

d)
Consider Resolution No. 875 authorizing a contract for the Hampton at Harvin Street Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project.

e)
Consider Resolution No. 876 authorizing a contract for the City Road Resurfacing Project for 2022.

f)
Consider Resolution No. 877 authorizing a contract for the State Road Resurfacing Project for 2022.

g)
Consider Resolution No. 879 authorizing a contract for the construction of Support Facilities at Swan Lake Iris Gardens.

MASC HOMETOWN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT GRANT

Consider Resolution No. 878 committing the City of Sumter to providing a local match for a Municipal Association of South Carolina Hometown Economic Development Grant and following its procurement policy when securing services and products with grant funds.

Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.
