Consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend the Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 relative to an increase to the principal/interest for the 2023 Lease Purchase Financing.
Consider First Reading of an ordinance entitled: “An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution, Delivery, and Performance of a Lease-Purchase Agreement and Other Documents Relating to the Lease-Purchase Financing of Certain Vehicles and Equipment in an Aggregate Principal Amount of Not Exceeding $2,285,000, and Other Matters Relating Thereto.
Consider Resolution No. 882 authorizing a contract for the Birnie Hope Center Improvements Project.
Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.
Receive comments or reports from City Manager.
To review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.
To discuss contractual matters, personnel matters, appointments to Boards and Commissions, and/or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
