Consider First Reading of an Ordinance to annex by 100 percent petition approximately 76.21 acres of property, including SCDOT right-of-way, located on South Guignard Drive (Tax Map No. 226-00-02-017).
Consider Resolution No. 883 authorizing a contract for the Washington Street Intersections Waterline Replacement Project.
Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.
Receive comments or reports from City Manager.
