BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS

Consider appointments due to expire on December 31, 2022, and other vacancies.

ANNEXATION – FINAL (ANN-22-04, SOUTH GUIGNARD DRIVE)

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2793 annexing by 100 percent petition approximately 76.21 acres of property, including SCDOT right-of-way, located on South Guignard Drive (Tax Map No. 226-00-02-017).

NEW BUSINESS

SCDOT PROJECT (RESOLUTION)

Consider Resolution No. 884 authorizing SCDOT to replace the S-466 (E. Red Bay Road) Bridge over Turkey Creek in the City of Sumter.

2.
PROCUREMENT RESOLUTION

Consider Resolution No. 885 authorizing a contract for the Rotary Centennial Plaza Improvements Project.

3.
MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE/DEED OF DEDICATION

Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 2 of Bradford Meadows Subdivision, including Lots 14-29 and 34-44, along Barnhart Drive and Sawtooth Drive.

COUNCIL REPORTS

Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to Council and the City of Sumter.

CITY MANAGER’S UPDATE

Receive comments or reports from City Manager.

LEGISLATIVE UPDATE

 To review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.
