OA-22-11, CONVERT INDUSTRY REFERENCE CODES FROM STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION (SIC) TO NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS)

Receive comments from the public and consider First Reading of an ordinance to amend Articles 2, 3, 5, 6, and 10 of the City Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance to convert previous references to Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) reference codes to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE

Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase 3 of The Cove Subdivision located off Loring Mill Road and consisting of 18 lots (Lots 82 through 92 and Lots 145 through 151) along Windjammer Way.

COUNCIL REPORTS

Receive comments from Council Members concerning matters of interest to the Council and the City of Sumter.
