Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2851 rezoning an approximate 0.38‐acre parcel of land from Planned Development (PD‐02‐04 Revision 1) to Professional Office (PO). The property is located at 545 Oxford Street and is identified by Tax Map Number 229‐16‐03‐025.

OA‐24‐01, NONCONFORMING LOTS OF RECORD

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2852 amending Article 6.d.1 of the City of Sumter Zoning and Development Standards to clarify requirements pertaining to nonconforming lots of record.

OA‐24‐02, UPDATES TO NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) PERTAINING TO ANIMAL BOARDING

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2853 amending Article 3, Exhibit 3‐5, and corresponding references in Article 5 to update certain NAICS references pertaining to animal boarding.

PROCUREMENT RESOLUTIONS

a)
Consider Resolution Number 939 authorizing a contract for the acquisition of approximately 0.69 acres of property located at the intersection of U.S Highway 15 South and Clipper Road for a new well as part of the Live Oak Industrial Park Water Improvement Project.

b)
Consider Resolution Number 940 authorizing a contract for the Swan Lake Trailhead Project.

c)
Consider Resolution Number 941 authorizing the acquisition of property (building only) located at 32 East Calhoun Street.

MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE/DEED OF DEDICATION

Consider acceptance of a Maintenance Guarantee/Deed of Dedication for Phase Four of Stillpointe Subdivision, Lots 17‐46 located along Acorn Street.
